The hotel is located on the beach side of the main road, making it easy to access the ocean. There is a supermarket nearby to purchase snacks and drinks. Local restaurants are also easily accessible. the room was comfortable and had a balcony with a nice view of the town. Service was friendly.

Staff very helpfull and speak wery well english. Room was clean and everything works fine. Buffet breakfast was good enought. Market near by hotel about 50m.They accept also euros. Easy to find (commercial during the way) and good parking facilities. view to sea. We booked double room but get wery large room (2 rooms for 4 persons) and very large balcon.

Wlan doesnt work in upper floors but we can use it by cable in the reception. Maybe some redecoration needed to hotel atmosphere,

We loved the location of this hotel - it was just a minute away from the beautiful and peaceful beach. The hotel's proximity to the local restaurants was very convenient for us, and the peaceful atmosphere around the hotel was really pleasant. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, and the fact that we got fresh towels every other day.

Great location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. the room was cozy and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room had a kettle for coffee and tea.

the traffic can be a real problem if you want to go to nearby towns or cities. We spent most of our romantic getaway stuck in traffic and felt like we wasted our time.

The girl on reception was very helpful. The apartment was situated very close to the beach.

There was very little near by apart from the beach and small cafes and a taxi into split was expensive. There was a bus but the service was not reliable. Also the main road outside the apartment was very busy and dangerous.

The beach was really close to the place, which was excellent for all the activities we planned to do during our Christmas vacation. There was also a supermarket and a bakery nearby which provided us with everything we needed. the room was cleaned every other day, which was a plus and well appreciated.

We felt disappointed that there was no entertainment within the vicinity, which limited our options especially during the evenings. The kitchen needed some basic cooking equipment, which was missing such as a decent knife.

Podstrana is a small village. There was not enough evening amusements.

Ob prihodu smo navkljub poprejšnjem potrjenem bookingu čakali, da so sprostili sobo. V sobo v drugo nadstropje je v nočnem času prismrdela nafta. Od kod in zakaj nismo izvedeli. Priporočamo jo le v primeru zasedenosti drugih boljših destinacij.
